Can't find the family messages?
They're probably arriving. Your email may be hiding them in a Spam, Junk or Updates folder.
Ask the helper
Tell it what's wrong in your own words. It asks a question or two, then walks you through the fix.
Spot a family email
The sender's name ends in (Family), like Dennis Richards (Family), and the subject starts with [Family]. It comes from family@steveandamanda.info.
